convenient locationgood attentiondisorganized setup
the location was really convenient. it allowed quick access to key areas. the staff showed good attention, i asked for a room change to a lower floor, they quickly accommodated my request. they were proactive and helpful with my needs.
the breakfast setup felt a little disorganized. i saw separate sections for different groups. i found it a bit odd and divisive.

leaky hosesmall rooms
the bathroom was not good the toilet hose leaked water everywhere and i couldn't shower without soaking the entire floor the rooms felt small. breakfast and dinner were pricey alternatives nearby were better. i wouldn't stay here again for the price i expect cleaner and newer facilities

the hotel is close to gates 19, 20 and 21. i found many budget-friendly eateries nearby, including taiba shopping centre and bin dawood shopping complex. the lobby was grand.. the hotel was well made, with attention to detail. it features high-quality materials.
the room cleaning schedule was somewhat inconvenient. the rooms only get cleaned when the guest is present. there were no makeup room signs available.

the location is excellent, it's very near to masjid al nabawi. staff are helpful . the hotel is clean and well maintained.
the breakfast was quite average. i found the food selection somewhat limited. it didn't quite meet my expectations in terms of variety or quality.

the location is very close to the masjid nabawi. the rooms were super clean and cozy. i was allowed to check in early!
the bed was uncomfortable. despite my complaints it was not rectified. also, the fridge was freezing everything up.
